My team and I have produced and managed events ranging from 100 to over 50,000 attendees, including farmers markets, bike races and other sporting events, music festivals, and even pet parades.

Lakefront Festival of Art
2023 to Present
Milwaukee's premier annual outdoor art fair, held on the grounds of the Milwaukee Art Museum during Father's Day weekend, featuring hundreds of jury-selected artists selling diverse fine art, plus live music, food, interactive family art activities.
ArtBlaze on the Beach
2024 to Present
A free, family-friendly summer beach series in Milwaukee, celebrating local art, creativity, and community on the lakefront. These events feature live music, art activities, artisan vendors, silent discos, bonfires with s'mores, and large-scale, temporary inflatable art installations.

TosaFest
2025 to Present
a popular annual street fair and community festival held in the Wauwatosa Village, Wisconsin in early September, featuring live music on multiple stages, local food vendors, beer gardens, a large kids' zone and a local marketplace.
Downer, Bayview, and Shorewood Cycling Classic
2015-2022
Community supported criterium races that are a part of the Tour of America's Dairyland, the largest competitive road cycling series in the United States.
Bastille Days
2025 to Present
North America's largest French-themed festival, held annually in Cathedral Square Park, featuring French/Cajun food, live music, international markets, entertainers, and the iconic "Storm the Bastille" 5K Run/Walk. Over 250,000 visitors attend.
Brady Street Festival
2010-2022
One of the largest free neighborhood Festivals in Milwaukee with a diverse entertainment lineup with four stages including a drag show and pro wrestling!

Who I Am

Steph Salvia is a creative self-starter with sound judgment who is driven by her client’s mission. Her ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically by creating bite-sized manageable pieces sets her apart from others in the industry. She brings positive energy and motivation to her team members in every situation. Aside from managing large events independently, she has consulted with and directed several Business Improvement Districts and various nonprofits in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
